Horrible. Do not shop here.I ordered this beautiful mini dress. Black with white neck white end of the sleeves. Washed it once following the care instructions to the letter only to find out the black fabric dyed and completely ruined the white parts. Contacted customer service and they said the don't do returns of used products. Contacted them again and they told me to send an email with pictures and explaining the situation and someone would get back to me from 3 to 5 business days with a resolution. They blocked my account and no matter what I do I can't access the app or the website. I basically lost my money in a dress I only got to wear ONCE. Horrible and disgusting. Nobody ever got back to me.
